One of the most rewarding parts of our recent Open Day at Sceniq was meeting the future residents who will soon call the community home. Among them was Stage 1 buyer Wade Richardson and his young family, who joined us to celebrate the official opening of Sceniq Park and the completion of Stage 1.

We caught up with Wade during the Open Day to learn more about his family’s journey and why they chose to build their new home at Sceniq Bilambil Heights.

Why did you choose Sceniq Bilambil Heights?
“We’re planning our family home for the longer term. We’re stoked. We live in the area in a small duplex at the moment and are upgrading for when the kids grow up.”
Like many local families, Wade wanted to stay connected to the community, schools, beaches, and lifestyle that had already become part of everyday life. Sceniq provided the opportunity to do exactly that while creating a home designed for the future.
Were you always planning to build a new home?
“We were originally looking at an existing home in the area, but found that for not much more we could build new.”
