Land sales surge following new release

Released to the market just one month ago, we are very pleased to report that Stage 2 in Sceniq Bilambil Heights is now 50% SOLD!

Local demand has been driving strong sales in the newest vacant land release in the Sceniq community, nestled between the bustle and beaches of the Gold Coast, and the quiet and picturesque Tweed Hinterland.  

After only a month since launching this new release to market, we are thrilled to advise nine of Stage 2’s 18 elevated vacant homesites have already been placed under offer by lucky purchasers.  There were three sales in the first week alone!

Interest in this premium property address has continued steadily over the last few weeks since launch, with buyers taking up a wide cross-section of the lot types on offer.  From an entry-priced rural view lot priced at an affordable $425,000 to a highly-sought ocean-view homesite, recently bought for $765,000, this elevated cul-de-sac release has proven popular.

When added to the homesites already sold in Stage 1, these recent 9 sales bring the total land sales to date in Sceniq to 30, in 6 just months since launching Sceniq in late December last year.

  • Just 2 Valley View homesites remain from $520,000
  • Just 2 premium oceanview homesites remain from $730,000
