New Stage Commences Construction in Land Estate

We’re pleased to provide a construction update for this popular new Bilambil Heights residential community – where the first elevated homesites are progressing and a new stage has recently been commenced.

As can be seen in the recent photo above, earthworks are now well underway at Sceniq, the sought-after, new Gold Coast – Tweed land estate, where land in the first release is now over 80% sold.

SKF Development is pleased to advise that due to strong sales demand, the civil works program for Stage 2 was recently brought forward and will now be undertaken concurrently with Stage 1. The first lots in Stage 1 are due for completion at the end of this year, while Stage 2 land is expected to be delivered in early 2025.

Onsite team, CD Civil, have completed all erosion and sediment control works as planned and advise topsoil stripping is now 80% complete.  They also advised cut and fill works are now 30% complete for Stages 1 and 2. Bulk earthworks also includes deep fill, which has significantly progressed in the section of Stage 1 where Sceniq Park is being constructed.  Drier weather forecast over coming weeks will help to progress these ongoing works, which will assist in shaping the finished surface levels of the 30 homesites in Stage 1, and 18 homesites in Stage 2 … ready for buyers to build their new, dream homes.

Other programmed works on-site include the commencement of laying pipes for the temporary water main diversion which began this week. Some sections of retaining wall and early electrical works to transition the site’s electricity from overhead lines to an underground supply will also begin in coming weeks.

Behind the scenes, our landscape designer is close to finalising the detailed design of Sceniq Park … and the playground equipment has already been ordered (sneak peek below)!  Sceniq Park is on track to be delivered in time for Sceniq’s first residents to enjoy when they move into their exciting new Bilambil Heights address.

Stage 2 Now Selling from $425,000*

Stage 1 in Sceniq is now over 80% sold.  We are still fielding strong ongoing enquiry for the final homesites for sale in the first release.  Just three of these lots, to be completed later this year, will feature panoramic ocean views, so if you are interested in building your new home to take advantage of these exceptional views, ready to move in as early as late 2025, we urge you to contact Louise to arrange an inspection now, before Stage 1 is sold out.
