Stage 1 Nears Completion as Stage 2 Accelerates

The Sceniq Bilambil Heights community continues to take shape, with Stage 1 construction largely complete and Stage 2 works advancing rapidly. This dual progress marks an exciting time for buyers, with limited opportunities now remaining to join the first two stages of this growing neighbourhood.

Stage 1 Construction Completion

Stage 1 works are in their final stages, with bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, and retaining wall installations all completed. Kerbs and footpaths have been laid, and street trees planted throughout, enhancing the estate’s landscape and connectivity.

Despite significant weather delays during the Stage 1 program, roadworks largely complete, with Walmsleys Road reopened and new roundabouts at Walmsleys Road and Stott Street nearing completion. Topsoil placement across residential lots is shaping finished levels, preparing for upcoming settlements. Buyers in Stage 1 will soon receive information on the process and timing around land titles, registration, and a planned onsite settlement event.

Stage 2 Progress: The Next Chapter

As we head towards settlement of the first 30 homesites in Stage 1, Stage 2 gains momentum as the next phase of Sceniq. Earthworks are well advanced setting a solid foundation for Stage 2’s 18 new homesites. Construction of a new pump station is underway delivering vital infrastructure to support future residents.

Retaining walls including both masonry and sleeper types are nearing completion with sleeper retaining walls now approximately 75 percent finished. Stormwater and sewer reticulation works are also making strong progress with about 70 percent of these critical systems installed ensuring essential services are in place as the development expands.

Following a fast-tracked sales release and construction schedule, Stage 2 is closely on the heels of Stage 1’s timeline meeting strong buyer demand for this next stage of development. Regular updates will continue as we keep buyers, and those interested in securing land to build their dream new home, well informed as completion and settlement draw nearer.

Looking Forward

With major milestones being achieved across both stages, Sceniq is on track to become a vibrant, well-serviced community designed for modern living. The strong progress in Stage 2 signals exciting opportunities ahead for buyers eager to secure their place in this thriving neighbourhood, and as demand drives sales in this stage, we are currently looking at bringing forward Stage 3 to deliver a number of new homesites into this new Gold Coast-Tweed community.

FINAL Stage 2 homesites selling

There are now just five homesites remaining for sale in the Stage 2 of Sceniq. As we approach completion of Stage 2, we are fielding strong ongoing enquiry and booking private inspections to view these homesites. With a range of views, aspects and sizes, there is still a choice of homesite to suit most buyers. Prices range from $435,000 to $545,000 and include options with peaceful hinterland views. We urge you to act quickly if you wish to secure one of the final homesites in Stage 2.
