Why Sceniq is the best place to raise a family
Sceniq is an exceptional choice for families and home upgraders who want to be surrounded by nature, yet still live close to it all.
Many of the lucky purchasers about to start building their new homes in Stage 1 of Sceniq are local Tweed and southern Gold Coast families who wanted a new address with space to grow. Bilambil Heights is the perfect location – away from the rat-race, but still accessible to child care, schools, sporting clubs, medical centres and a new hospital, and lots of other everyday family conveniences.
For a lot of people, this area is also attractive due to price and is seen as a more affordable way into the kind of lifestyle the area offers without the higher Gold Coast price tags.
Luke, who bought a homesite in Stage 1, now complete, says the location was exactly what he was after.
“I grew up on the Tweed in Kingscliff myself, and always wanted to settle here, and raise my kids in a town near the mighty Tweed River with close access to the ocean for my hobby of offshore fishing,” he said.
“Being familiar with the area, I knew some of the blocks would have views of the Tweed River and ocean, so I jumped in to secure a block early.”
“We plan to build a family home to live in that will make the most of the ocean views, be functional and have enough space for our kids and dog to play safely in a yard.”
We’re truly spoilt to live the best part of the world
