
Construction Update – Tweed Land for Sale Nears Completion
This is a pretty exciting progress update to share for Sceniq – not only because it finally wasn’t raining when we headed to site with a camera – but because Stage 1 is so so close to completion now!
It’s really fantastic to be able to stroll on a footpath alongside roads with fresh kerbs and street trees in place. Seeing that incredible view of the Pacific Ocean, you just know it wont be long until someone is sitting on their own balcony or deck looking out at that panorama!

Clinton and Calum cover the timing of completion and settlement for the first 30 homesites in Stage 1, and you’ll also get a glimpse of the significant progress being made on the next 18 lots in Stage 2, which is not too far behind, with most earthworks now complete on that stage.
GOOD NEWS: Stage 1 due for completion THIS MONTH!
Once survey plans are lodged for sealing (approximately 1 month), and we await title registration in the lead up to settlement in coming months, the development team will get to work on installing playground equipment, shaded picnic table, landscaping and more – for residents to enjoy an active and connected lifestyle at Sceniq Park. The park will be complete and ready for play before the first residents start to move in.

Update from onsite civil team on weather delays
Whilst we originally were scheduled for completion of Stage 1 lots in late 2024, the weather had other plans for Sceniq … and the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions in general.
Local civil contractor, CD Civil (who delivered many local Tweed projects such as nearby Scenic Ridge, Altitude at Terranora and the new Tweed Valley Hospital), told us they’ve been delayed on Stage 1 and 2 construction works at Sceniq by up to 6 months due to rain, more rain and even a cyclone for good measure!
We will update you again very soon when Stage 1 lots are complete.
Stage 1 almost sold out – 2 homesites remain
There are two homesites remaining for sale in the first stage of Sceniq, while just seven homesites remain in the second stage.
As we approach completion of both releases, we are fielding strong ongoing enquiry and booking private inspections to view these homesites. With a range of views, aspects and sizes, there is still a choice of homesite to suit most buyers. Prices range from $435,000 to $795,000 and include options with both hinterland and ocean views. We urge you to act quickly if you wish to secure one of the final homesites in Stage 1.
